CD50-T型是按人性化、环保理念，并吸取国外同类产品的先进技术而设计，采用单螺旋叶轮给料器，通过无级变频调整给料速度，控制给料精度。具有计量准确、结构简单、操作灵活、阀口无需缝包等特点。可广泛应用于化工、冶金、矿产、轻工、农业、建材等领域，各种流动性一般、堆密度较大的粉料的定量包装：如水泥、铁粉、饲料、钛白粉、碳酸钙、滑石粉、粉煤灰等。

技术特点

4．工作过程采用可编程控制器（PLC）程序控制，可配有通讯接口，便于联机联网，并对包装机进行实时监控和网络化管理。

CD50-T Automatic Packing Machine
CD50-T automatic packing machine is designed on the basis of human-oriented and environment-protection conception, having absorbed the advanced technology of similar overseas products. It adopts single screw-impeller feeding unit, adjusts the feeding speed and control the feeding accuracy by stepless frequency conversion, featured with accurate measuring, simple structure, flexible operation, and no sewing or sealing required for valve-opening. It can be widely applied to the quantificational packing for various powder products with normal liquidity and larger bulk density in the fields of chemical, metallurgy, mining, light industry, agriculture, and building materials, such as cement, ferrous powder, feedstuff, titanium pigment, calcium carbonate, talc powder, fly ash, etc.

Technical characteristics
It’s suitable for valve-opening sack packing for powder products with larger bulk density and normal liquidity.
Single spiral feeding, controlled and regulated by frequency inverter of international top brand, enables the packing machine to achieve the stepless adjustment to the feeding rate. The packing rate can be adjusted as per the materials and the production.
Weighing and measuring are carried out by electronic-scale that has the weighing sensor and the weighing indicator of high accuracy fixed on it, which adopts the entire panel digital calibration and parameters setting, featured with the functions such as set values for coarse or fine feeding, for single sack weight, auto tare deduction, auto zero calibration, auto fall correction, over tolerance alarm, and fault self-diagnosis.
PLC is adopted for the working process, which may be fixed with communication interfaces to make it easy to form the computer network and then exercise real time monitoring and network management to the packing machine.
