Usage
1、将适量的面条分散放入沸水中,水须漫过面条,用食具略拨动面条,旺火煮至沸开。也可加入少许凉水后在沸开。
Put suitanle amount of noodle into bolled water. The watei should cover the noodle.Stir the noodle and cook it with strong fire until it boils.Put in some cold water and cook till it boils again.
2、中火慢煮,使水沸不溢出,等4分钟左右,面条软硬适合食着口味,即可捞出。
Cook with medium fire for about 4 minutes.Don’t let the boiled water spill out.There the noodle is ready and take it out of the water .
3、凉面做法:捞入凉开水中,去掉水后,拌入配料和调料。(如用纯净水味道更佳)
Cold noodles in sauce: put the noodle into cold water .Then take it out and put in sauce and dressing.
4、汤面做法:捞出后,可直接加入汤、配料及调料。
Noodles in soup:put soup,sauce and dressing into the noodle and it is ready to serve.
5炒面做法:捞入冷水中,去掉水后,用油炒做加工。
Fried noodles:put the noodle into cold water.Then take it out and fryit witu oil and dressing.
