用途与简介：GDGFL型全自动铝管灌装封尾机广泛地被日化、药品等行业所采用，适用于各类铝管灌封各种膏霜、乳液类、油剂等。设备采用十二位设计，自动上管、对色标、灌装、折叠封尾、压齿纹、出管。控制部分采用PLC控制系统，使机器工作更精确，稳定。与物料接触部分全部采用不锈钢材料，耐酸碱、耐腐蚀。管道采用快速卡箍连接，装卸方便、快捷、轻巧。料阀采用转阀，清洗十分方便，无藏污纳垢之处。有四种折叠封口方式可供选择。转位采用精密凸轮分度机构，定位精确平稳。转位电机采用变频调速，用户可自行调整运行速度。可选配管箱，密封料斗，加温料斗，自动加料，护罩等装置。

Brief Introduction: GDGFL Auto Filling And Sealing Machine are widely used in the industries of toothpaste,drug and so on,applicable for sealing all sorts of pastes,latexes,oils etc.With various types of aluminum tubes.This machine takes the design of 12 work positions,and can automatically load tubes,check color codes,fill stuffs,fold seal,stamp odontogram and exit tubes,The controlling part adopts plc controlling system to make the machine perform more accurately and stably.Stainless steel material is adopted for the parts contacting with stuffs to endure erosion from acid and alkali,The conduits use quick bar clasp,which is convenient,quick and handy to load and unload.Stuff valve is easy to rinse thoroughly by using rotary valve.There arefour types of fold sealing available.The rotary valve adopts accuracy cam indexing mechianism with precise and smooth positioning.The user can adjust speed with the frequency conversion type speed control to the rotating engine.Tube box,airproof charging hopper,heating hopper,auto hoppere charging and covering mask are available to be equipped.
