四、性能：红褐色透明小薄片或褐色粉末。水溶液呈酸性，可受光及热的影响而逐渐还原成柠檬酸亚铁。在水中溶解的缓慢，热水比冷水易溶，不溶于乙醇。
五、用途：营养增补剂（铁质强化用）；添加于饼干、改质奶粉和小麦粉等。
六、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套塑料编织袋，每袋25Kg。
七、贮存与运输：应贮在干燥、通风清洁的库房中，轻装轻放，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离堆放。

4. Character: Rufous clear flakelet or brown powder. Aqueous solution assumes as acidity and will change into ferrous citrate gradually if affected by light or heat. It dissolves slowly in water but is easily soluble in hot water than cold and insoluble in ethanol.
5. Uses: It is used as nutritional agent, modifier in biscuit, milk powder and wheat powder.
6. Packing: It is packed with polythene bag as the inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
7. Storage and transport ：It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from water and moisture during transport.Unloaded with care as to avoid being damaged.Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
