CD50-J2型自动包装机
该机为电子秤双秤计量方式，重力给料双秤量斗净重式秤量，具有三次流量控制的自流式落料系统，双秤工作，包装速度快。可分别采用落地式框架结构或放料斗吊挂式结构，安装方便。包装机主要由称重显示控制器、高精度传感器、电气控制柜、气路系统等组成。
该机适用于产量较大，生产能力大于40吨/小时的大中型企业的物料定量包装生产。如化肥、化工、粮食、矿产、冶金、建材等各种流体颗粒。

CD50 - J2 Automatic Packing Machine
It adopts a measuring system with dual electronic scale, weighing net weight by dual scale hopper through gravity-feeding and gravity-flow blanking system with tri-flow control. Our dual scale weighing ensures fast packing. Floor-type frame structure or hopper-suspension structure can be adopted respectively for the equipment, with convenient installation. The packing machine is composed of weighing display controller, high-precision sensor, electric control cabinet and air passage system, etc.
The equipment is applicable for quantificational packing production of materials from large and medium size enterprises with large output whose capacity of production is more than 40 tons per hour. It can satisfy all grainy materials with flowability such as fertilizer, chemical engineering, foodstuff, mineral product, metallurgy, building materials and so on.

Technical Characteristics:
Imported weighing controller, overall panel-type digital-correctingand parameter setting are adoptedfor the weighing system weighted by dual electronic scale with accurate measurement, convenient operation and fast packing.
It has such functions as setting values of feeding course/fine and individual-sack weight, counting container sacks, displaying weight accumulation, automatic weighing, automatic zero calibration, automatic fall correcting, over-tolerance alarm and fault self-diagnosis.
